Mr. Gursoy is the founder of the Gursoy Law Firm, P.C. which has offices in Brooklyn, New York and New Jersey. Mr. Gursoy has been, and continues to be, a frequent writer and contributor to many national and international newspapers. He also often lectures and teaches other lawyers about the practice of law.
He has a tremendous amount of experience handling complex immigration law matters, having successfully represented countless numbers of clients in Immigration Court for asylum cases, and many other deportation cases.
Mr. Gursoy is often hired by other lawyers to assist them with complicated cases, including criminal convictions, as well as representing clients with the United States Citizenship & Immigration Service (“USCIS”) for work visas, investor visas, family and marriage cases, and many other type of green card and adjustment of status case.
